In this role you will:
  • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Leads and oversees Application Development under the COAT portfolio ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures

  • Manages the development and break-fix/L3 teams 

  • Contribute to the overall success of Technology for Global Operations by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
