The Associate Experience Tech team within the Amazon Customer Service organization is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and practical experience to develop the next generation of customer support software systems. The team builds tools to enable issue-resolution processes through self-service, automation, or Customer Service Associates (CSAs).

As a Software Development Engineer (SDE), you will help tackle a diverse landscape of technical problems. You will design, develop and deploy reliable distributed solutions that operate at Amazon scale. You will work with a variety of core languages and technologies including Java, GraphQL, and AWS services. You will tackle problems, novel situations every day, and will have the opportunity to work alongside talented Amazon engineers to redefine an industry.
