Job DescriptionMediaTek make the complex 5G semiconductor chips at the heart of smartphones, tablets, voice assistants and IoT devices. You will join a friendly team in Cambridge developing systems, tools and software that are used globally to intelligently validate the embedded software written for our chips.

Our systems execute on LINUX and Windows servers as well as on lab PCs. They collect vital data, intelligently adapt the validation and manage the valuable hardware resources around the world. Our software is mainly written in Python, C++ and C#. We use databases to resiliently store TB of data and web languages to display sophisticated dashboards.

You will be adding new features and AI to our software – improving capability, performance, and user experience. Our systems are used by 1000s of developers worldwide and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with R&D colleagues in UK, Finland, India, Taiwan, and China.
