**Overview**
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Software Developer - Applied AI in our Dallas, Texas (TX) office! The position could also be located in Richardson, Texas. This is an office-based opportunity.
**Responsibilities**
Kimley-Hornβs Technology and Innovation team builds internal software that helps civil engineers deliver projects faster, more consistently, and with higher quality. Our work spans full-stack web applications, system integrations, and AI-powered features, ranging from focused utilities that streamline daily workflows to deeper platforms that bring multi-agent and retrieval-augmented systems into engineering practice.
In this role, you will build full-stack applications across that spectrum. Some are conventional web applications with discrete AI integrations; others are built around retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, or similar applied AI architectures.
