ABOUT THE POSITION

The Software Analyst II  supports the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operation of enterprise administrative and collaborative applications. This role is responsible for ensuring SaaS platforms—such as Airtable, Miro, and similar collaboration tools —are reliable, secure, well‑configured, and aligned to business needs through both administration and hands‑on solution building.

The analyst works with limited supervision and partners closely with application owners, technical teams, security, and business stakeholders to support platforms, build application artifacts, and manage access using Azure identity and single sign-on (SSO)  capabilities.
