Responsibilities As a SOCIAL WORKER (TITLE 5), GS-0185-12, you will: Provide operational leadership consultation, direct client services, community capacity building, preventive, remedial and support services aimed at improving and sustaining the psychological health of Air National Guard (ANG) military members and their families. Provide strategic planning and leadership to implement a comprehensive psychological health plan.
