Summary The Social Worker serves as the sole social work practitioner and Program Coordinator for the Community Nursing Home (CNH) program at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center (JJPVAMC). The incumbent is delegated full responsibility and authority for planning, directing, and coordinating all elements of the Community Nursing Home (CNH) program.
