Summary This position is for a Social Work Program Coordinator for Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI). The incumbent organizes and manages the delivery of comprehensive mental and behavioral health services within the Primary Care Mental Health program, overseeing PCMHI Providers at Ann Arbor, Flint, Canton, and Toledo.
