The Social Worker (LMSW) – Outpatient is responsible for providing behavioral health services, including assessments, counseling, and case management for patients in an outpatient setting.

This role focuses on improving patient well-being through therapeutic interventions and coordinated care.



Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2+ years of Social Work experience (Behavioral Health preferred)

• Active Michigan LMSW License (Required prior to start)

• Strong knowledge of case management and counseling practices

• Experience in outpatient or community-based settings
