Salary

The salary range for this position is CAD $50.19/Hr. – CAD $62.69/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Supports Providence Health Care (PHC) inter‑professional programs/teams as the adult protection educator and subject matter expert.
• Provides clinical education, consultation, and support to ensure organizational compliance with the Adult Guardianship Act (AGA).
• Leads the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of PHC’s Adult Guardianship Protection Program.
• Manages the planning, revision, and delivery of ReACT Adult Protection education modules for Social Work staff across PHC.
• Oversees clinical and consultative services by providing leadership and guidance on adult protection cases, policy development, and implementation.
• Ensures assessment and alignment of procedures related to adult abuse, neglect, and self‑neglect in accordance with AGA and Designated Agency obligations.
