As a Social Worker - Adult Protection Clinical Lead with the VCH, you will:

• Support interdisciplinary staff and leadership across the designated Community of Care (CoC) as the adult protection lead.
• Provide consultation, education, mentorship, complex care planning and clinical guidance within the context of a client and family‑centred care model, to ensure practice and organizational compliance with the statutory obligations and regulations of the Adult Guardianship Act (AGA).
