Overview

The salary range for this position is CAD $45.66/Hr. - CAD $57.04/Hr. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager and receiving practice leadership and support from the Professional Practice Leader (PPL), Social Work, the Social Worker 4 provides leadership to staff in Social Work professional standards and practice and participates in the planning and coordination of Social Work/Psycho-social and designated Peer services at the Clinic by providing clinical guidance and expertise, mentoring and coaching, and facilitating workplace solutions. Identifies, recommends, developing, establishes, communicates and evaluates professional practice standards in collaboration with the PPL, Social Work and the Research, Education and Practice Coordinator (REPC). This position supervises at least one (1) FTE Social Worker at the P1 and/or P2A and/or S1 level and a total of up to eight (8) FTE paramedical and non-paramedical staff.
