Job Description
Position Summary The Social Work Therapist is responsible for developing clinical formulations based on behavioral and psychodynamic theory, and applying treatment approaches rooted in a broad understanding of dynamics that influence behavior and change. The therapist formulates individualized, ageβspecific treatment recommendations and measurable goals with the patient, and when appropriate, the patient's family or other chosen persons. Services are provided in individual, couples, family, and group settings, and the therapist coordinates and executes discharge planning. Employment Type Full time Shift Day Shift Qualifications Minimum of a master's degree in social work or psychology from an accredited university and at least five years of postgraduate professional, relevant experience.
