Job Description

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Head of Fostering based on the South Coast.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead the team of operations managers, social workers, and support staff to ensure children and young people in care reach their full potential.

  • Oversee all services in the South region.

  • Provide leadership to the team of social workers, offering support and training.

  • Focus on producing a high-performing region, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance.

  • Effectively deliver the organisational business plan.

  • Work closely with the Assistant Director of Fostering to manage in a therapeutic and supportive manner, focusing on the potential and ability of the team.
