Job Description:

Administration of various consent forms to facilitate patient’s enrolment onto the KidSTART @KKH KIDS 0-3 program.

Gathers accurate and crucial information as needed, adhering to PDPA and hospital guidelines.

Utilizes strong communication and relationship-building abilities when engaging with antenatal patients, clients, families, and colleagues.

Attends to enquiries and phone calls.

Consults KIDS 0-3 Medical Social Workers/ Senior Medical Social Workers to assign enrolled and tri...
