Positions reporting to this position: Case Managers
Purpose of the Position:
The Social Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Case Managers working in shelters provide quality services to families in accordance with all the Department of Homeless (DHS) services, the NYS Office of Temporary Disability Assistance (OTDA), and Win requirements.
