Job Summary: This is an acute care facility social services/case management position for a Masters of Social Work professional. The role is based at an acute care facility with a floating expectation to the Laguna Facility. You will manage a caseload of 20 23 patients and are expected to work every other weekend. The maximum RTO (Return to Original) restriction is no more than 7 days.
