Summary This position is located on a Forest Service Civilian Conservation Center. The incumbent is responsible for administering the Behavior Management System (BMS) and/or Student Code of Conduct (SCC) program that include both student discipline and the incentive system. See Additional Information section for who to contact about the duties of this position. Responsibilities Ensure that actions taken in dealing with students fully comply with established standards. Administer a balanced behavior management program. Motivate students and gain their acceptance of and adherence to residential living goals. Conduct group meetings, as well as a knowledge of counseling techniques sufficient to provide individual guidance to students.
