We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Reputation Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online removals, monitoring digital content, and assisting in maintaining and improving clients' online reputations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience managing tasks through Asana.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage online reputation-related tasks and removal requests
• Coordinate and track projects using Asana
• Submit and follow up on online content removal requests across various platforms
• Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding case updates
• Maintain accurate records of completed and pending removals
• Research and identify harmful or inaccurate online content
• Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standards
