Role Description

You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and coordinating content curation, publishing plans, and monthly reporting for our clients. You are an expert in social media platforms and know the latest trends to publish content that is engaging and impactful to the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support MY & SG local teams to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders – especially pertaining to social media topics,
  • Source social media content from existing global content platforms and curate the format and caption copy to fit the client’s brief,
  • Stay up to date with social media trends to propose social media content that is relevant and engaging,
  • Use social media management tools to schedule social media posts and gather social media platform performance data,
  • Prepare monthly social media reports to analyse and report on the clients’ performance on social media with recommendations for improvements...
