Overview
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Manager leads the planning and execution of day-to-day social media operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all platforms. This role is responsible for managing the museumβs social channels, including content scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day management of social media accounts. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, including curatorial, education, advancement, and programming teams, the Social Media Manager develops content plans that support exhibitions, public programs, and institutional initiatives, while maintaining a strong editorial voice for the museum.
