Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Learn and understand Cantaloupe’s core products and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to learn industry norms and understand unique client marketing strategies. 
  • Maintain and update content calendars for each client.
  • Create organic social content for each client under direction of the Social Media and Community Manager.
  • Partner with the content and design teams to develop visuals and short-form video tailored to client and edit client photos and videos to align with client brand guidelines.
  • Monitor account activity and engage with audiences across client social platforms.
  • Work with the analytics team to report monthly/quarterly on client content performance with actionable insights.
  • Stay informed on social trends and platform updates to drive innovation.
  • Assist as needed on Cantaloupe corporate content needs.
