About the Role

The Performance Marketing Team at Agoda focuses on data-driven, at-scale marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value. The team blends analysts, marketers, and data scientists to test, optimize and model paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Test, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms; design hypotheses and implement changes from successful tests.
• Build surveys to track brand metrics and develop research methodologies.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, develop optimization models, and build dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science).
• Working knowledge of running paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
