- Daily Conversation Monitoring – Track and review conversations across brands, competitors, categories, and industry topics.
- Reputation & Risk Escalation – Identify potential risks (e.g., product issues, misinformation, negative virality) and escalate promptly to relevant teams following protocol.
- Trend & Viral Detection – Monitor emerging trends, viral content, and cultural moments within relevant categories to surface insights that may impact brand perception or create engagement opportunities.
