Purpose of Role:

The purpose of a Social Care Worker / Support Worker is supporting Individuals with Physical and Intellectual Disabilities integrate in the Local Community. Ensuring the Individual has the opportunity to participate in the local community in line with their Care Plans and Goals. Activities will include Nature Walks, Swimming, Cinema, Gym and going for Coffee. This role is a great opportunity to ensure Individuals reach their full potential in a meaningful and safe environment.
