Student Development Executive (SDE), Community Service & Leadership, plays a vital role in the growth and development of learners in NYP. He/she takes on the design and implementation of a variety of student development activities that will enhance learners’ ability to acquire leadership and life skills and looks after the governance of student organisations. As a life coach, he/she fosters the development of our learners holistically via co‑curricular activities (CCAs) and mentors student leaders throughout the year.
