The successful candidate will manage all internal and external events under the GCFO office.

• Lead the execution of all internal and external events under the GCFO office. This includes the annual Regional CEO Forum, the annual Regional CFO Forum, the quarterly GCFO Townhalls, the annual staff functions (D&D and team building), the annual strategy off-sites and bi-monthly engagement activities for all staff
• Drive the end-to-end process of event planning, ranging from event briefs, research, approvals, invitee & speaker management, venue set‑up, event design, onsite support, production management (audio-visual, virtual event management), budget management and post‑event analysis
• Preparation of admin and logistic decks for all internal events under GCFO office for update to GCFO
