Job Description BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of relevant Utilities Meter to Cash experience with strong technical and functional expertise. Experience with Utilities Customer Information Systems is a must. Ability to understand user stories and acceptance criteria to define tech specs from a high-level solution design, develop, test and deploy their code to lower environments Ability to own and manage delivery of assigned user stories, including business analysis and testing as required. Experience with business process definition, and coding standards Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
