**岗位职责 Responsibilities**

+ 参与公司IIoT平台建设：支持关键设备数据接入（PLC、CNC、传感器）与数据治理
+ 协助MES系统导入准备与实施（基础数据梳理、业务流程梳理、现场验证）
+ 支持AI技术应用
+ 参与生产效率改善：基于数据开展瓶颈分析、节拍优化及工艺改进

**任职要求 Qualifications**

+ 本科及以上在读（大三、研一优先），智能制造、自动化、工业工程、计算机相关专业
+ 理解制造基本流程（焊接/机加/喷涂/装配/物流优先）
+ 具备至少一项技能：数据分析（Excel/SQL/Python/Power BI）、自动化基础（PLC/通讯）、系统基础（MES/ERP认知）
+ 具备较强逻辑思维与现场问题分析能力
+ 良好的沟通能力，能够适应工厂现场...
