Responsibilities

Foster strong relationships with small and medium size business and agriculture members, providing ongoing financial guidance and support.

Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.

Work closely in a collaborative team environment with all staff to meet members' financial needs (known and unknown).

Provide and cross-sell high quality financial products and services through proactive contact with the intent of increasing member wallet share.

Analyze loan applications for data integrity, potential fraud, and creditworthiness.

Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members banking needs, and enhance the member experience.

Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200 km) as required.
