Job Description
Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an SLA and Vendor Lead to manage and optimize Service Level Agreements and supplier relationships across its data center operations in the Philippines. This strategic role ensures vendors meet all contractual obligations, performance standards, and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate should have 3β5 years of experience in vendor management or contract administration, preferably in the data center or IT infrastructure domain. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred.
