Purpose:
Maintains System buildings, equipment and grounds

Responsibilities:

+ Perform plumbing installation, repair and preventive maintenance involving the domestic water and waste systems as well as the medical gas and vacuum systems. Performs installation, repair and preventive maintenance on the electrical distribution system, lighting system and electrically operated equipment. Performs installation, repair and preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Perform carpentry activities as they relate to either repair, renovation or construction. Perform installation, repair and preventive maintenance of the heating system and associated equipment.
+ Perform maintenance to the grounds including snow/ice removal during the winter season. Transport System equipment and supplies. Operate cars, light trucks and maintenance equipment. Perform security functions when required. Perform testing, calibration, preven...
