We are looking for a skilled Ironworker to reinforce rebar in Port Moody, BC. This permanent, full-time position pays $37.00 per hour and requires on-site dedication.
As an Ironworker, you should have between 1 and 2 years of experience in construction. Your tasks will include erecting scaffolding, installing metal bars, and performing structural inspections. This physically demanding role requires efficiency and the ability to concentrate on safety and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install scaffolding and other working platforms
• Dismantle and inspect metal and concrete structures
• Read blueprints and communicate with crane operators
• Secure steel bars in concrete forms
• Perform job-site calculations and assessments
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
