The Job:
An opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated individual to join a progressive family run mixed farm located near the Gloucestershire and Wiltshire border. This is a varied hands on role working across both arable and livestock enterprises, supporting the day to day running of the farm alongside wider diversification projects. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad range of duties across the business and will also help supervise seasonal staff when required.
The farm operates across three separate sites, so the role requires someone who is organised, self motivated, and capable of managing workloads independently. Daily duties will include drilling, spraying, relief combining, cattle husbandry, and machinery maintenance.
