Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Training & Audits:
β Conduct regular operational and facility audits across Urban Vault locations to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
β Identify process gaps, skill deficiencies, and training needs through on-ground observations and audit findings.
β Develop and deliver structured training programs for:
β Housekeeping Teams
β Pantry Teams
β Security Personnel
β Facility Supervisors
β Valet & Frontline Support Staff
β Conduct refresher training sessions and toolbox talks to reinforce operational best practices.
β Track post-training improvements through audits, assessments, and performance reviews.
β Coordinate with Operations and Facility Managers to implement corrective action plans.
β Support the standardization and documentation of operational procedures across locations.
