Open and secure building entrances and classrooms

Responsible for setting-up UMGC live streaming (LS) equipment prior to LS classes, serving as first-level troubleshooting technical support and coordination with Technical Support to immediately respond to LS issues, and securing LS equipment at the end of class meetings

Ensure that building rules are abided by UMGC students and that all UMGC labs/rooms are clean and presentable
