SITE SUPERVISOR, SODERGLEN WIND OPERATIONS

ABOUT THE ROLE

TransAlta is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Soderglen. In this role, you will ensure the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the Soderglen wind asset by applying operating/maintenance standards, procedures, and processes that ensure regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Manager, Western Canadian Wind & Solar Operations, you will develop and implement operations and maintenance strategies and ensure the portfolio adheres to TransAlta’s operating model. You will also provide leadership by developing, implementing, and managing the business plan. This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position based at our Soderglen wind farm, located 20 kilometres southwest of Fort Macleod in southern Alberta.
