Job Description
Monitoring Site Operations
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a site, especially managing and monitoring daily operations. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget and adhere to project requirements.
- Effectively communicates with stakeholders including contractors, designers and clients, to ensure that all parties are aligned and the project is on track to achieve its goals and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that arise during the course of the project and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the project stays on track.
- Ensure that all staff and members at the site strictly observe and follow safety protocols. Depending on the site requirements, site supervisors may communicate specific safety protocols and regulations such as the disposal of hazardous materials.
