Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Drive productivity and monitor operational performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve operational challenges
• Manage operational reporting and performance tracking
• Use digital and AI-enabled systems for reporting and decision-making
• Coordinate effectively with management and other departments
• Maintain discipline, workflow efficiency, and operational standards on-site

Minimum Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, foundry, scrap metal, recycling, or similar heavy industrial environments
