We are searching for an experienced Site Supervisor: Cigicell at our Bela – Bela facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

All responsibilities listed below form part of the Site Supervisor role.

Job Purpose

The Site Supervisor will be based at the municipality in the region where the project is being rolled out. He/she will take end‑to‑end responsibility for monitoring adherence to the project plan; the assets and stock on site; tracking stock receipt/allocations/collections; capacity planning and staff logistics; health and safety compliance; dealing with all issues and troubleshooting and providing daily updates to the Project Manager and Senior Management when escalation is required. Communicate any hurdles or issues encountered in the field and escalating when required.
