Job Description:

• Supervise daily operations and lead on-site teams or subcontractors tomeet project deadlines.
• Ensure all work follows technical blueprints, design specifications, andquality standards.
• Implement and monitor strict health and safety policies to maintain ahazard-free work environment.
• Act as the primary link between the Project Manager, engineers, and workersattend site meetings and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Maintain daily logs of work progress, equipment usage, and worker attendance.

Job Requirements:

• Related Diploma or Degree in a technical field (Engineering,Construction Management)
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in on-site supervision or a similar technicalrole.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, andproject schedules.
• Possesion of safety certificates (e.g. BCSS in Singapore or relevant OSHA/...
