Site Superintendent

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family construction
• Experience with wood‑frame row townhome condominiums, including underground services and utilities
• Exposure to concrete underground parkades (considered an asset)
• Strong commitment to exceptional quality assurance, especially in high‑end finishes and exacting tolerances
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and building materials
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and governing authority requirements
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project milestones
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (including lifting up to 60 lbs)
