This is a key role where you will oversee day‑to‑day security operations at a critical infrastructure site, leading on‑site teams in a 24/7 environment and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site security personnel
• Manage day‑to‑day operations within a critical infrastructure environment
• Ensure full staffing coverage in a 24/7 operation
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvements
