Guardteck Security is seeking a dynamic Site Security Manager to oversee operations at a commercial retail mixed-use building in Vancouver, BC. The manager will lead a security team, respond to incidents, and ensure professional service and compliance with all policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations, mentor and develop team members.
• Respond swiftly and strategically to incidents, making critical decisions to protect people, tenants, visitors, and property.
• Drive performance, set the standard for professionalism, and create a culture of excellence.
• Ensure staff follow Guardteck standards, policies, and site procedures.
• Review Incident Reports and Daily Dispatch Log; ensure accurate capture and distribution according to SOP.
