Site Quality & Compliance Manager Rolleston

A bit about your role

As the Site Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in leading the Quality and Compliance function at site, ensuring strong alignment with regulatory, customer and business requirements. You will provide both strategic and operational leadership across food safety, quality systems and compliance, driving a culture of continuous improvement and enabling safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing outcomes.

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Site, with a dotted line to the General Manager Quality, you will lead a team of quality professionals and work closely alongside the Site Leadership Team, Supply Chain, Innovation and wider Yili Oceania Quality community. Based in Rolleston, you will collaborate broadly across the business to strengthen quality culture, drive performance and ensure market access and compliance requirements are consistently met.
