We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Site Operative to support the day-to-day running of our operation. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll help sort, prepare, move and store waste safely, while keeping the site clean, organised and operating efficiently.

As a Site Operative, you’ll be part of a busy site team where safety, teamwork and attention to detail matter every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sorting, bulking and preparing waste for offsite disposal
Baling plastic waste and supporting the preparation of recyclable materials
Bulking items such as paint tins and aerosols safely and correctly
Sorting non-hazardous waste for landfill where required
