The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to lead a detailed strip out and partial demolition project within an existing retail unit at the iconic Bluewater Shopping Centre. This enabling phase will prepare the space for the full fit‑out of a brand‑new store.

This is a busy, live shopping environment, so we need a confident, client‑facing manager who can maintain high standards of safety, communication, and coordination.
