We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a long-term P&C MOD project commencing in June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring productivity, sequencing, and performance targets are met
• Lead daily site briefings, coordination meetings, and progress reviews
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in line with MOD requirements
• Monitor programme progress and report delays, risks, and mitigation measures to the project team
