Responsibilities

1. Operational Efficiencies: Ensure that all key processes – production, safety, and quality – are understood by employees.
2. Coordinate inbound/outbound flow of product (forklifts and trucks).
3. Production planning to achieve optimal plant efficiency.
4. Ensure optimal Forklift operations – battery bay, maintenance, and servicing.
5. Management of site service providers.
6. Ensure stringent site housekeeping practices are adhered to by the team.
7. Apply swift action to staff queries, concerns and grievances.
8. Conduct regular meetings with employees to discuss any Labour Relations matters.
