Site Manager – New Build Residential Project, Norwich

Paragon Resource Solutions are actively recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a new build residential project in Norwich. The role requires strong organisational skills, a detail‑focused approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the site, ensuring smooth progress from groundworks through to completion.
• Maintain clear communication with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Identify and resolve any site‑related issues promptly to minimise delays.

Qualifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Senior Training Scheme) certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Experience managing new build residential projects from groundworks to completion.

Pay

£250.00 – £270.00 per day (freelance).
